    When posting here please help us to help you by making it easier to copy, test and debug your scripts by following the posting guidelines and wrapping your code in CODE tags. This means use the octothorpe or # button on the toolbar. You can (and should) edit your previous post.

    It is very unwise to publish your email address on a forum such as this. You will probably soon be inundated with spam.

    All the code given in this post has been tested and is intended to address the question asked.
    Unless stated otherwise it is not just a demonstration.

    You obviously have not bothered to read my previous post about the unwisdom of displaying your email address in a public forum.

    Try this:-

    <input type="button" name="next" value="Next" onclick="window.location=document.isc.stage3.value;" style="font-family:Arial;Z-INDEX: 105; POSITION: absolute; TOP: 20px" >

    Your visitor is supposed to be the one deciding what opens where - that's why the target attribute was made obsolete in 1997. It was only valid in HTML 3.2. There never has been any way to specify a new tab in HTML or JavaScript since tabbed browsers were introduced long after 1997.
