Almost anything *EXCEPT* an annoying popon like you asked for in your other message.

Clearly, you need to define what YOU think is "cool".
An optimist sees the glass as half full.
A pessimist sees the glass as half empty.
A realist drinks it no matter how much there is.

this is almost as cool as a shaky popon:

    Code:
    <h3 style="text-decoration:blink">Hello there</h3>
doesn't work in IE, Chrome, or Safari though

See http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/4124/...xt-in-firefox/ for how to stop it working in Firefox.

I can't find a page that describes how to turn it off in Opera - might have to write one (once I figure out how to do it).

The first thing you should learn is when and when not to use JavaScript. Like Adobe’s Flash, JavaScript should be used wisely and not randomly, just to “spice up your website”. Think in advance for what you actually need JavaScript and only add it if this is actually the case.
