    Please Advice 'Highligher Scroller JavaScript'

I recently downloaded and installed the 'Highligher Scroller JavaScript' from http://javascriptkit.com/script/cut57.shtml

Once installed it looks really nice and there's no need for a ".class" file in the directory where you have it running. All the scripts are in one page making it easy to use with templates. See it working here http://www.teknician.com

My problem is that once I apply a template (that contains the javascript) to a document, the Source Code of it gets locked, as result I can't manually do any change to the document unless I detach it from the template first. I keep getting the error message "Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template or a translator. The change will be discarded."

I'm using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, and I can do any changes in Design View mode, but not in Source Code mode.

Adding to it I'm an amature in javascripts, I can't tweak it on my own. I need a hand on this one, appreciated.

I think you need to create an editable area in the template and inset the code in that editable area. I use Dreamweaver but have never used a tempate.

...and if I delete the relative or obsolute position settings, the message goes from a ticker to a scroller...
