    is there any way to add parameter to history.back?

    Hello
    im trying to add parameter when im returning to the previous page .
    im doing it with history.back but i need to return one parameter in the url (href)
    url+"&foo=1" is there any way to do this?

    I dont know anyway of doing it in javascript. Back returns you to the state it was.

    I guess You could with server side langauge store something in session so you know you havew gone back then check.

    Auctually I dont think that will work either will it without refreshing the page.

    No, there's no way to do that using the history. You can't access (read,write) the URLs in the history and adding a parameter to the URL in the history would be tantamount to altering that URL anyway.
