    Tell a Friend Script

    Hi

I'm new to java script but I've implemented the Tell a Friend Script http://javascriptkit.com/script/scri...lafriend.shtml in my website at http://www.skiathomaniacs.org.uk and it works just fine.

But.... Can anybody tell me if it is possible to format the email body text so I can have line breaks in there.

    e.g. can i have
    this
    this
    and this

    instead of
    this this and this

    Any help greatly appreciated,

    Thanks

    Insert %0D%0A into your initialmsg.

var initialmsg="Hi,%0D%0AYou may want to check out this site: "+window.location

Starting another thread is frustrating to those trying to help you...

You need to 'escape' the entire email message.
Yes %0D%0A is a carriage return but you also need to escape spaces %20.

    See original thread for more.

How can someone (Spadge) with only two posts, both in this thread, have another thread somewhere else?
