    If i remember right, a similar question was brought up a while back and we established there is no way to determine whether or not the user hits cancel or ok when you run
    window.print();

    intant printing

    thanks, how about instant printing (computer doesn't prompt the user for settings) ?
    Btw, when i print a table that consist of more than 1 page, the printing goes on, as it is in one page, can javascript detect end of paper and continue printing at second page ?
    (problem : sliced tables)

    no, in both cases.

    But in the latter case you can cause a print page-break with CSS, although you do have to specify where it is manually:

    <table style="page-break-before:always" ...
