Moving your slideshow to the middle of your page

I am new to Javascript and mainly am doing cut and paste. I used the basic slideshow script to make a slideshow this worked great. It loads at the top left hand corner of the screen and I am trying to move it so that it is in the center of the page. I also am using a javascripted navigational script and I don't want the slideshow to interfere with this. Can anyone help me with this?
