Add a Javascript code to change outgoing links?

I was wondering if there was a javascript code out there that can change outgoing links. For example, lets say someone took/ripped my website. Could I have a javascript code in there that could change the outgoing links? Something that wouldn't be obvious in the code.

And another question, lets say I ripped someone's website and they had this code. How could I find it and get rid of it?

Dangerously close to infringing Rule 1.4.

1.4) No illegal requests - Do not post requests that are illegal or break the usage terms of the service in question, such as where to download warez, disable pop up ads on your free host etc.

I read the rules before I posted and I didn't think my post was going against any of the rules.

    Can I ask this:

I have a site and I believe there is a javascript that is redirecting my outgoing links. How would I find this script so I can get rid of it?

If you think that your site has been compromised in some way you should take it up with your ISP.

Any malicious script will be embedded in your web page and will be obvious if you inspect the source. Such a script may be encoded/obfuscated - again it will be obvious.

Why do you "believe" that there is a Javascript that is redirecting your outgoing links? Easy enough to test.
