    mouse cursor

    Can anyone please help

    I am trying to get a screen capture of the mouse pointer and also the hand when over a link.

    I need them to put on a web page demonstration.

    Can anyone please help

    I'm desperate

    no, JS cannot do that. There is a tool called wingrab, a screen capture utility, which is able to include the mouse pointer. do a search on google for it

    The way I normally do this:

    go into Control Panel, Mouse, then click on the Pointers tab. You can print screen the hand cursor from here. Then all you need to do is bring it into Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or whatever.

    You can use the "Print Scrn" button on your keyboard to take a screenshot of your screen. If you press "Print Scrn" it will copy a snapshot of the entire screen to your clipboard. If you press ALT + "Print Scrn" it will copy the active window to your clipboard.

    From there, you can paste it into Paint, or a better graphics program, to trim it down and get rid of the parts that you don't need.

    but there will be no mouse cursor then (unless you take the screenshot of the earlier mentioned control panel screen)
