Question Save URL icon to desktop with javascript?

Hi, I was wondering if I could using javascript, save an icon to the dektop of the users computer of my URL?

I wouldn't force it on to them, I would ask first.

    Thanks

    Thanks for replying Dave.

I want to save it to thier desktop so they have easy acces to my site. I have built a cool tool for my clients to use.

I have made a download of an icon that they can click to get to my site, but they have to unzio the file and such. I thought it would be cool if I could just put it on thier desktop.

How could I put it in thier favorites?

    Thanks
