Select a value from a combo box and fill in text fields in a form.

I need to create a combo box that will be populate from a file. The file is a MS Access DB, it's a vendor file. I would like to display the vendor name as the selection in the combo box. When the user selects the vendor they want the fields of Vendor number, Name & address will be automaticaly filled in the form. Could some one please help?

You need to create at least 3 arrays in your code. They will contain Vendor number, name and address, correspondingly. Then, on the select box (or combo box, as you call it) change event you call a function passing the select box option index as an argument. The function will populate your text boxes from those 3 arrays based on the option index.
