Exclamation Javascript Menu pops down behind Nested Box

This is probably a noob question, but here it goes anyway. I have been designing a website for a friend of mine. I put in a Dropdown Horizontal Javascript Menu and it pops down behind the nested center box. How do I get it to stay on top of the nested center box and not disapear behind it?

I am sorry but I am going to sound like a complete idiot. I don't understand what you mean by "Element Type". I can either post the source for the index page, or you can just go to the site and check the source. Or you can tell me what you mean by "Element Type".

That is the site. Just realised I didn't post it in previous post.
