Peggy to get help faster,I highly recommend you read the forum stickies, especially this one : MUST READ- How to post a JavaScript question!

    - Ok I think I understand. You want to add a flat rate of 10 to the total if they check off the box? I think this is what you are going for :

    Hello DanInMa thanks!

    - Yes i want to add a discount like the form in this site www[dot]myclean[dot]com because that form is the exactly form im going to create.I tried your jsfiddle but i don't see any changes, i think it's the same as my jsfiddle.
for example, the price is $84/clean when checkbox is check it will be $94/clean and when uncheck $84/clean again. Well of course the value depends on the value of the checkbox.

if you check the check box, then move the slider, it adds 10 from #check, in the calculation. I suppose you need to add some logic in to the click itself to react the same way as well.

    ok how about this

    http://jsfiddle.net/RwH5A/9/

(version 8 had a small bug at the beginning)

Yes i see the form. You and Dave Azores from my Facebook jQuery group must work at the same place. You can use my example to add more functions that change the CurrentPrice on the fly.

no bug on version 9. version 8, would set the current price to NaN, since I didnt set a value for currentprice at the beginning , but its fixed now.
