    Help with using 2 jquery programs on same site

    Hi! I'm working on a portfolio, and I found a pretty need script called wanderwall...I had it working PERFECTLY. Then I decided to add in a lightbox for my gallery...thats when it stopped working.

    I did do some searching and read about combining them and putting them in different orders but everything I'm trying isn't working...please help!

    http://designsbyamc.com/wonderwall/index2.html
    This is what I'm working on, for the most part its all working, except the background, its supposed to slide down depending on which link you're rolling over.

    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="files/main.css" type="text/css" media="screen">
    <script src="files/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"></script>
    <script src="files/application.js"></script>
    <script src="files/jquery.background.js"></script>

    <!--[if IE]>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="files/ie.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8">
    <![endif]-->

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="fonts/stylesheet.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="files/tooltips.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8">
    <style type="text/css">
    #wanderwall{background-image:url("images/test_2.png")}
    </style>

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css_pirobox/style_1/style.css"/>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-ui-1.8.2.custom.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/pirobox_extended.js"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(document).ready(function() {
        $().piroBox_ext({
            piro_speed : 900,
            bg_alpha : 0.1,
            piro_scroll : true //pirobox always positioned at the center of the page
        });
    });
    </script>
    That's what I got, I can't figure out how to combine them though

    (side note its far from done lol I know some text is hard to read and what not just trying to get the code to properly work before I move farther)

    You should never include more than one version of jQuery. Please identify a version commonly supported for both plugins and then only use this one.

    Since wanderwall is the older script should I just try to find an older lightbox version to use?

    just link to jquery one time in the document and see if both plugins work fine.

    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="files/main.css" type="text/css" media="screen">
    <script src="files/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-ui-1.8.2.custom.min.js"</script>
    <script src="files/application.js"></script>
    <script src="files/jquery.background.js"></script>
    <!--[if IE]>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="files/ie.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8">
    <![endif]-->
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="fonts/stylesheet.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="files/tooltips.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8">
    <style type="text/css">
    #wanderwall{background-image:url("images/test_2.png")}
    </style>

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css_pirobox/style_1/style.css"/>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/pirobox_extended.js"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(document).ready(function() {
        $().piroBox_ext({
            piro_speed : 900,
            bg_alpha : 0.1,
            piro_scroll : true //pirobox always positioned at the center of the page
        });
    });
    </script>

    Well I got it to work finally! Had to find a different lightbox script that was same version as wanderwall.

    Thanks for your suggestions though!
