Trouble with tabs on page with mootools
I'm using a joomla component called sobi2 to list a directory of aa/na meetings which has a radius search and google map display in it.
I need to do what should be a very simple thing, which is split the list view from the map view using a simple tab.
The problem is that this component is using mootools to run the display and I can't figure out a way to get a tab to work. I've tried using jquery with noconflict, I've tried using mootools tabs, nothing I do works.
You can view the page I'm talking about at http://www.erecoverydev.com/index.ph...earch&Itemid=0. You'll need to log into the site using username test and password test123 for it to load. You'll see the extended search option that drops down the additional radius search fields, this is the thing that's interfering with any tabs I try. Search the radius around zipcode 55304 to get results, I've only got a handfull of items in the database at the moment simply for testing.
I hate to replace that function altogether as there are some backend options tied to it that I really don't want to get into but I guess I will if I have to.
Why do people even use mootools anymore when there's jquery?
