    JQuery drag and drop help

    Hi Guys,

    I am referring to the following tutorial / script:

    http://www.webresourcesdepot.com/wp-...querydragdrop/

    The Javascript (uses JQuery):
    PHP Code:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(
    document).ready(function(){

        $(function() {
            $(
    "#contentLeft ul").sortable({ opacity0.6cursor'move'update: function() {
                var
    order = $(this).sortable("serialize") + '&action=updateRecordsListings'
                $.
    post("updateDB.php"order, function(theResponse){
                    $(
    "#contentRight").html(theResponse);
                });
            }
            });
        });

    });
    </script>
    I have a honest PHP knowledge but I am a total Javascript newbie !

    I would like to modify this script so that I have two separate containers. One that would hold a list of items that I pull from a mySql database and that I can drag, and a second one, where I can drop these items from the first list, and then reorder them, exactly as it is done in that example, and keep the array thing.

    Could someone help me to do that or at least push me to the right direction?

    Thanks in advance!
    Arnaud
