    Jquery conflict with each other

    In my menu section .. there you can see different links and if you click there you can see the menu details in different window.

    You know since I've already used Jquery in my menu section.. i want to use another jquery file ..(prototype) lightbox for those menu images.. when clicked. I tried it by myself but it directly conflicts with my menu jquery and one of them doesn't works at once.

    Is there any way to use both of them?? I mean both jquery of Lightbox and Menu ... in my menu page.

    My website address is http://uniwebmart.com/baisithai

    Hi Yaksho,

    I can't help you today... I don't know the answer to your problem. In fact, we may be having similar problems... mine is the next post.. a problem with two jquery scripts not working together in lightbox.

    What I wanted to know though, is where you got that cool-warp menu effect from - the one at the top of your site. I have a client coming up who wants something for her daycare group - It would work really nice on her site using children's imagery for navigation.

    Nice looking site. Good work!

    jquery and prototype have problems together mainly in an event function. you would be better off looking for a jquery lightbox setup and not prototype lightbox.

    This may work.
    Code:
            <script type="text/javascript">
                var $ = jQuery.noConflict();
                jQuery(document).ready(function($jb) {
                })(jQuery);
            </script>
