    Question Keylogger scripted in java

Hello. It's my first time on these forums, and I have a question.

I'm looking into a basic monitering software for my on personal computer, for logging my work times and what I do on the computer (starting a work from home job over the summer and want to be able to prove I am working). is there any way to do this in java?

I plan on operating this software to moniter Jcreator, firefox, and Microsoft Word.

I run Vista 64 bit, if it makes a difference.\

    any help would be appreciated.

keyloggers like Micro keylogger or others support Vista 64 bit.
