Data Base problem with Netbeans IDE

    Hi friendzz...
i have done my project at college with net beans with Java DB (Network) driver and by Derby....
when i import my project in my system first it asks for "Resolce DataSource Problem.." and then i right click on my project and select "Resolce DataSource Problem.." it gavel the message

database connection for the data sources referenced in this project could not be located
and it show "jdbc/<db>_ApacheDerby only option in the "Resolce DataSources" window

And then when i click Add connection and then "OK" button it gives thw error window as

"unable to add connection. Cannot establish a connection to jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/< db > using org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver (DERBY SQL errror: SQLCODE: -1, SQLSTATE: XJ040, SQLERRmC: Failed to start database '\vmh', see the next exception for details.). "

Plz provide me the solution for this ...is there any special process for installling Netbeans...am just install it with default options given by it while installig
am using netbeans 6.5 and also tried 6.0 version

I hope somebody will solve this....

    Thanks in advance

NetBeans is IDE and AFAIK it does not contain DB, you just have to install and properly configure a DB on your computer or give a proper address of external DB which is definitely not 'localhost'.

You can find many tutorials of how to do it online.
