I have tried with different java ftp api's (e.g. apache) but still I getting the same error. Do you have any idea why this error?

Note: I have tried via FileZilla (FTP Tool) and it is working fine. Also I have tried in command prompt as well using put command and working without any error. I trying in PASSIVE Mode but it failing only in java code.

    Appreciate your immediate help.

    Thanks

    Srini.

Hmm this may be a server side error - do normal FTP clients work ok manualy!?

    I have resolved the issue.

The problem was client tool using setKeepAlive option as On.

I have modified the code to setKeepAlive(true) in FTPClient Object and it is working fine now. Earlier I tried for passive connection but not activitated or implemented in target ftp server.

    Thanks for your time.

Good job on sorting that out - not a nice problem to debug or solve! Happy to hear you got it
