Question please help, page looks different in IE and firefox

I am in the process of creating a website. It looks exactly like I want it to in IE(I know, IE is bad with CSS)but has extra spacing in Firefox. I'm not sure what to fix to get rid of the spacing so they look the same in both browsers.

    Here's my page:

    http://mprirecdiv.com/php/Deltest/index.php

    I'm using a strict Doctype.

There is spacing after the camo image at the top, above the Delmarva Recruiting Company image and the image in the center (soldiers) isn't the same size in both browsers.

Please help. What do I need to do to fix this?

The spacing is there when viewed in Firefox. Internet Explorer displays everything exactly as I want it to look.
