    Scrolling NavBar?

I was wondering if there is a way to make a table move on the screen when the user scrolls down. Is this using HTML or something else.

    Please Help,

It's possible but only with JavaScript. Search the forum or the internet for "scrolling navigation javascript" or something like that and you'll find some examples.

This *could* be done in CSS, but it might not be best suited to do what you want.

    CSS Example: http://www.cssplay.co.uk/layouts/fixed.html
