    CSS Link Color

    Hi all,

I'm redesigning a website and having a problem with link colors. It was originally a light color so the links didn't matter, but is now dark blue. This makes the standard blue/purple kind of a pain.

The site is organized as a series of php inherits connected to a database, all controlled by a style sheet - very minimal html. The main style sheet is all in a body bracket setup, with colors/design specified for each section. I've tried the standard code for manipulating link colors in CSS but it seems dependent on html being present.

Any ideas? I can send source code on request.

    Thanks.

Can you show us the CSS you've tried?

How about set the color inside the tag?
    like <A href="" style="color: red;"></A>
