did that visitor come from my ezine?

Is there some kind of suffix-type appendum you can add to the end of a url, like:

    http://www.mysite.com/pageone.htm?=ezine (just an example)

that will help you tell whether traffic is coming from say, an ezine link back to your site? (using a traffic anaylizing program that tells you the links people came from)

what do you mean; do you mean that if some site had a link to your site, could the link on there site have something on the end that your site could could detect.
If so, yes there are ways to do that with JavaScript,
Ill give you one, but Ill first have to look it up and than make one for you.
Its not that difficult to do either

That would be good too but I was thinking more about the links in my ezine. I want to be able to tell how many visitors I am getting from people who read my ezine.

Well try an idea like this one. Make a page that directs the people that read your ezine to your normal site. Put a counter on that site. http://www.digits.com has a good one. This might help you but maybe it wont. Best of luck on your site
