If you wanted to do it just with HTML you could write <TD VALIGN="BOTTOM">

tried the align bottom but didnt work.
I cant change the valign either because there is stuff that has to be at the top too.

I tried messing with this and I didn't see any way to do it aside from creating two separate table cells. I'm guessing you're using tables for layout which you shouldn't be doing anyway though. The align and valign attributes are deprecated. You shouldn't be using those either in favor instead of the equivalent CSS properties: text-align and vertical-align.

    Thanks for the replys.
I realize that I really should be using a div style layout and soon want to switch to one. Know of any good tutorials on exactly how to make a div layout?

    Thanks,

Try HTMLSource. They devote a lot of space to CSS positioning but CSS floats are mostly what you'll need to make a div-based layout.
