    background-attachment: fixed; plz help

    i have an issue with some coding

    the part listed in red is what im trying to configure to make the bg image for the main table be fixed as it is on the out side of the table see site at http://www.theneonportal.com/local/a/b/php/c/gallery/ what am i doing wrong are there any clean hacks i can do to fix this...

    Try background-attachment: scroll;. When you set a background to a fixed position on anything other than the body, all it does is get pasted over the body background. Since your BG images are the same for both, you simply can't see what's happening. Yeah, I know it doesn't make sense; welcome to the world of web standards.
