    IE moves images (CSS mouse over)

    Hey, as always it seems to work normal with FF. But IE starts moving images when you go over it.

    you need to relative position the:

    Code:
    .horo-list li {
    	float: left;
    	width: 64px;
    	height: 64px;
    	margin: 0;
    	padding: 0 0 0 0;
    	border: 0;
    	position: relative;
    }
    and absolute position:
    Code:
    .horo-list li a:hover {
        position:absolute;
    	top: -2px;
    	left: -2px;
    	width: 69px;
    	height: 69px;
    	z-index: 100;
    }
    that way the l;arger image doesn't beak the containing li.
    Stop making things so hard on yourself.
