    The correct term for a "layer" is a div. We are being a bit demanding aren't we? How about you "ask" us if we can help you, not "tell" us to help you.
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
    <title>Untitled Document</title>
    <style type="text/css">
    #flashbox {
    width:147px;
    height:100px;
    overflow:auto;
    }
    </style>
    </head>

    <body>
    <div id="flashbox">Your flash here</div>
    </body>
    </html>

    Thank You Very Much Sir. Now please do one more favour for me. I've installed Flash player & when I try to browse that Flash containing page, it asks me to 1st ALLOW BLOCKED CONTENTS, when I click on ALLOW the page loads but there is no FLASH movie, that area is empty. while when I try to run Flash using.... OPEN WITH IE, it runs !
    Whats the prob now???

    What is the flash code you are using? Post it. That warning will only occur locally. It should go away once you upload your page to a server. Though without it being on a server right now we won't even know if your flash is in the correct place. Upload your site to a server.
