    Nested boxes and height

    How can I make a parent box object respect the height of it's child?

    div#1 {
    ???
    }

    div#2 {
    height: 100px;
    }

    <div id="1">
    <div id="2">
    Hello
    </div>
    </div>

    Any clue? I'd like div#2 to be relatively positioned, too

    BTW, I'm using XHTML transitional

    Duh. I'd think after 830 posts you'd realize I know that already.... And why edit it? Maybe spectators can learn to not make the same mistake I did.
