    Cool Html COnverter?

I just need a converter that I can convert images, etc to html. It needs to support my image links, so that I can enter a lick, and the picture will appear if possible. That way I can move the image around to my liking, and the link remains. I basically need a free webpage editor. But I need to be able to use links from another page on it.

    Say what?!!

You first need to be a lot clearer about what it is exactly what you want:
can convert images, etc to html
What do you mean by "converting to HTML"? Do you want to know how to include images in an HTML page?
    I can enter a lick
    (link, presumably) Enter where? How?
    I can move the image
Move how? To another location on the page? To another directory on the server?
    Regards,
    Ronald.

I don't have anything for converting images to HTML but I am working on a script for converting cabbages into television sets (which is a much easier task).
