youd give the iframe a name then set the target of the anchor to it.

    like this.

    Code:
    <a href="page.html" target="iframe">Link</a>

    <iframe name="iframe" src="introframe.html"></iframe>

    Hi Marvin,
    To accomplish that, use *iframes*.

Put an iframe in the middle section of your page.

<iframe name="yourinitialpage.htm" name="news"> (you can add other attributes of frame if you want to). To learn advance attributes of frames go to > http://www.yourhtmlsource.com/frames...cedframes.html

The *name* attribute of the frame is like an identifier (ID).

Let's say the filename of your news page is *news.htm* or watever the ext.

    <iframe name="news.htm" name="news"></iframe>

Let's say you've a linked called *Sports* and when you click on this link the page will open in the iframe section.

    <a href="sportsnews.htm" target="news">Sports</a>

    Hope that helps.

    Regards,
    Soulfly

People are telling you what to do. You need to start reading what they tell you. Change THIS
    Code:
    <IFRAME SRC="news.php" WIDTH=480 Height= 410 SCROLLING=yes frameborder="0"></iframe><br>
    to this
    Code:
    <IFRAME SRC="news.php" WIDTH=480 Height= 410 SCROLLING=yes frameborder="0" name="main"></iframe><br>
Now your links should look like THIS
    Code:
    <a href="guides.php" target="main">Guides</a>
Notice the TARGET in the link and the NAME in the iframe code.
