IE CSS issue - div height changes

Here is a link to my problem page:

    http://torguson.nonesvch.org/news/ba...oving-forward/

The issue I am having in Internet Explorer is this. Scroll down and see that the dark border that surrounds the content is thicker on the bottom than it is on the sides.

It should be the thickness as on the sides. It is on all pages except the ones with my news articles menu.

Refresh the page, and the problem goes away.
Then mouse over a news menu item, it pops back up!

Any ideas what is going wrong? I am using fairly simple CSS, no trickery. Looks as it should in Firefox, but not in IE(6).

Hmm it seems like it could be a case of the peekaboo bug. Make your div with id="nav" position:relative; that seems to fix the problem at least on my system.
