Hey everyone, I'm pulling my hair out here. I basically have a some cells with a specified height that keep getting stretched out in Explorer, but look perfect in Firefox. I've been through every little thing that I can think of. It also looks ok in Explorer when there isn't anything in the center cell. Here's the code and the site.

This is without anything in the main cell. To see what it's really doing go to the website. I'd really appreciate any help. I've been going nuts over this.
