    Forms In Navigation

I'm sorry but this is not a question. Actually it's something I just figured out and wanted to share it with everyone. I couldn't find any other place to put it.

Everyone says you can't use forms in your site navigation because search spiders can't crawl them to your subpages. That is no longer a problem. This method will bloat your code but not by much.

Ha ha, yeah that's great. Go ahead and give your site spider accessibility using this technique, and simultaneously screw any chance you have of actually being ranked. Kind of an exercise in pointlessness don't you think?

Why would that affect your ranking? I didn't know it would cause a problem. I thought if anything it would help. They are always saying how difficult some sites are to crawl.

Danny Sullivan says you should put these kinds of links in the noframes tag in your frameset page. How is this any different?

Hidden links are frowned upon by spiders. It is very possible that you will get blacklisted using this method.

There is no reason to use forms for navigation. If you MUST have form like navigation, use Javascript & CSS to style a <UL>

Ok I wasn't aware that it would be a problem. Well back to the drawing board.

    Thanks for your help anyway.
