    Umm, we aren't psychic you know. We don't know what your code looks like. Post a link to your page or your code. The link would be better.

    I tried this offline:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
            "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
    <html lang="en">
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;

    charset=utf-8">
    <title>21questionz</title>
    <style type="text/css">
    </style>
    </head>
    <body>
    <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"
    width="215"><tr><td>
    <embed
    allowScriptAccess="never"FlashVars="xmlfile=http://www.nackvisio
    n.com/slideshow/xmlslides2/QaPMpCkeFee.xml"
    src="http://www.nackvision.com/slideshow/nackVisionSlideShow.swf
    " quality="high" bgcolor="ff8b00" width="225" height="150"
    name="nackVisionSlideShow" align="left"
    allowScriptAccess="never" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"
    pluginspage="" />
    </td></tr></table></a>
    </body>
    </html>
    and I don't get scrollbars on Mozilla or IE6.

    you end the table in question with </a>. Do you have your links styled in your page? Maybe some padding, margin or border property is being applied to the embed because of the link.

    Do you have this online or some full code to look at?

    so that it doesn't scroll at all, no matter the amount of content?

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
            "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
    <html lang="en">

    charset=utf-8">

    <style type="text/css">
    </style>
    </head>
    <body>
    <div style="height:300px; width:300px; overflow:hidden;
    position:absolute;top:13px;left:50%; margin-left:-285px; z-index:3; border:2px black
    </div>
    </body>
    </html>
