    Scrollbars

Hi I am redesigning http://www.digitalmediadegree.com for a final project for school. We are using nothing but CSS for our website and I have a news class that has nothing but text that is scrolling with the overflow set to auto. I was wondering if there was anyway that I could change the scrollbar color to the background color so that when you bring the page up in everybrowser it would automatically show the scroll bars as a dark tan color.

    Thanks,
    Daniel.

Well for IE you can use this. Note the scrollbar colors are not valid CSS. You can also have custom scrollbars but these require javascript to be enabled. http://www.dyn-web.com/dhtml/scroll/
Personally I think you shouldn't mess with the users interface. I think your professor won't really care if the colors match.
