HTML Encoder? You mean so you can encrypt your html in hopes of it not being stolen? There is no way to protect your html sorry.

Sighs, something encrypted can ALWAYS be decrypted. This is something many beginners try to do. They use cheap tactics that may disable a page completely if javascript is disabled. There is NO way of hiding your source code. http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/encrypter.htm
Good luck. I hope you rethink what you are doing. Its just not worth it.

All that anyone needs to decrypt HTML no matter how it is encrypted is a web browser since the browser must be able to decrypt the page in order to display it. The only effect that encrypting a web page is that it reduces the number of people who can see your page. If that is what you really want then there is a secure solution - simply don't upload the page in the first place.

Don't forget to start your JavaScript code with "use strict"; which makes it easier to find errors in your code.

    ohhhhhhhhhh kay,

We've got a question (how to encode HTML cheaply) an answer (Dynamic Drive script) and about twelve threads and a big sticky on why this isn't really possible.

Can someone close this thread before it just gets nuts in here?
