    Footer Overlapping

    On these pages -

    LINKS EDITED OUT NOW

    You can see that the purple footer overlaps the flowers picture on the left (at least, it does at 1280x1024 - I'm sure it didn't used to at 800x600).

    Can anyone see why?

    It didn't before because the content filled the screen, but on larger resolutions the content doesn't fill the height of the page. Make your container position:relative; put a min-height of 100% on it and set your html and body to 100% height in your CSS then make the footer position:absolute;, you can use
    Code:
    * html #container {
    height:100%;
    }
    for IE since it resizes the elements height to fit the content anyways. I also don't see a need for your negative margins.

    Thanks but still not really any different.

    I can see how doing what you said could work but it doesn't seem to be!

    Edit, actually yup forgot to add 100% to body. Now to deal with a huge gap under the content!
