    Positioning

    Hi, made a test design here -

    < Link now removed, don't want search engines indexing it. >

    I'm using absolute positioning for the content div, which I don't normally do.

    Can I recreate the same design using a float and still keep it overlapping the header part? It's just now there's no margin under it which looks a bit weird, and I can't put a footer in there!

    Code:
    #content {
    position: relative;
    padding: 20px;
    background: #F6F6F4;
    border: 1px solid #990066;
    width: 50%;
    float: left;
    top: -100px;
    margin-left: 16px;
    }
    looks about right on IE6 , Moz and Opera8
