    getting divs to the right side of the screen.

    I have a small practice site I'm working on, and I can't figure out how to get the 2 divs to align to the right in FF, body{text-align:right;} works for IE and I can't find a solution for FF.

    your divs need to be styled for themselves.

    <div id="name">
    </div>

    then the css would be something like,

    #name {
    float : right;
    }

    Also, I'm not a MSIE basher per se but where there are failings, which cause me grief, I'll not stick up for it either. If you were to download Firefox or Opera and design on it, then the oddities that might remain and which need to be sorted for the site to work OK in MSIE as well; these will be fewer than if you have designed in MSIE.

    That's my experience and I have saved a load of frustration and time by doing it this way.
