    iFrame Loading Help!

    Ok I've been having trouble with my site since I started, and this probably won't be the last time either. On my site

    ( home.comcast.net/~surfing4ever24/index.html )

    I have two iframes where both the content boxes are, I need my information to load into those iframes, so you don't have to reload the entire page upon clicking rosters, etc. Right now the linking works, but I don't know how to put news on the main content bar from the beginning, and then when you click roster that it would load the roster right over the news. How could I do that? Would I have to load the news in there? Any help is good help!

    Thanks,
    John

    I believe you just add the address you want to initially open in the iframe window. Any links that open in that window should override that address.
    Code:
    <iframe name="textarea1" frameborder="no" height="100" width="100%" src="news.html">
