    pictures have little red 'x's

    hi guys,

we just replaced an office network with new, shiney, machines. but ever since, the companies website has had issues with the 'go to top' links. everythign else on the webpage is fine except all the arrow pictures to go to the top. the links themselves work fine.
what would cause the pics to disappear. is it an issue on the hosting side, or could it be becuase we changed the pc?

theres a link so u can see what i mean

    thanks for any input

They appear fine to me (FF.1.0.6/Mac) both within the page and when viewed directly at their actual url.

Incidentally, it's generally not a good to have spaces in file names, such as you have in the htm file name(s?).
Additionally, it's also generally not a good idea to have markup appearing before the opening html tag.

I just tried in IE6, and it works fine - maybe it's a firewall rather than browser problem?

Another thing I've just noticed is that the gradient background doesn't display in Firefox - I'll get some screenshots for you.

Bill, thanks for the input, but its not my site lol., i dont look after it. its a 55 yr old woman who just updates some spreadsheets once a day. trouble is since the new server went in she hasnt been able to use ftp to upload cos the pics on the web interface havent been showing up.
im not an expert in this field, nor many things actually , but its a bit of a problem.
i dont understand why i cant see the pics but u guys can..

There is also a noticeable seam between the banner image and the gradient even in IE. Weak, probably hired a freelancer who only designed for IE.
Once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken.

the guy who designed it done so a while ago then quit, and yes it is purely for IE. golfers tend to be old lol, hard enough for them to log on the net, let alone install another browser!

im gonna hand responsibility of this one over to the web host, let them fix it lol
