    Code:
    <textarea rows="x" cols="x">Content</textarea>
    Replace the x with the values you want for the number of rows and number of columns respectively.

    You don't actually want a textbox - you want an iframe...

    Code:
    	<TABLE WIDTH="760" BORDER="0" CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0">
    	<TR>
    		<TD WIDTH="140" VALIGN="TOP"><IFRAME NAME="nav" SRC="nav.html" WIDTH="140" HEIGHT="310" FRAMEBORDER="0" ALLOWTRANSPARENCY="true"></IFRAME></TD>
    		<TD WIDTH="620" CLASS="libackground" VALIGN="TOP"><IFRAME NAME="main" SRC="main.html" WIDTH="620" HEIGHT="310" FRAMEBORDER="0" ALLOWTRANSPARENCY="true"></IFRAME></TD>
    	</TR>
    	</TABLE>
    Basically what iframes do is load separate pages into one page.

    I am actually a big fan of iframes.
    Once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken.
