    Question IFRAME Question?

    Hi,
    I'm just trying to use an iframe in a table on my page,
    but when i insert the code it makes the rest of the page disapear,

    using:
    <iframe src="temp.htm" frameborder="0" width=240 height=194 scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" name=product>

    I've placed it into a table on the page, and everything else in the table cells are gone when i load the page in my browser, any ideas why this would happen? or how to fix it? i've used iframes before and i've never seen this happen.

    thanks in advance for your time!
    -Ken

    Why don't you consider the option of a PHP include inside your HTML page avoiding the iframe fixed height and width?

    You'd have to know the the include code [ include('page.extension');] and you'd have to add 2 lines to your server .htaccess file so it would be able to treat .php and .htm files the same way

    Just now I've noticed this don't realy answer your question :| but here's the advice anyway

    I think the problem is no closing tag
    Code:
     <iframe src="temp.htm" frameborder="0" width=240 height=194 scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" name=product>
    alternate content for browsers that dont support iframes
    </iframe>
