    Overflow: scroll question

    I am using overflow: scroll on my pages. In Internet Explorer, I can use my wheel mouse to scroll down these pages. However, in Firefox the wheel mouse does not work. I have to click and hold the scrollbars to be able to scroll down the page. Any idea why?

    Code:
    div.content {
    overflow: scroll;
    }

    im not positive, but i believe that FF will only "mouse scroll" the body element.

    Dirty hack

    I can also report from experience that mouse scrolling does not work with DIV structures in firefox (tested on FF 1.04).

    If you are interested in having this functionality then a dirty hack would be to place the content from the DIV into an IFRAME. By setting the scrollbars

    Here is an example of setting the scrollbar property of an IFRAME

    <IFRAME NAME="scrollframe" ID="scrollframeID" MARGINWIDTH=5 MARGINHEIGHT=5 FRAMEBORDER=0 SCROLLING=yes SRC="your_URL.html">
    </IFRAME>

    Sorry, thats all I can think of ...
