Does your server support server-side scripting (i.e., ASP. PHP)?

The best, most consistent way to email form data would be to have a script compile the form into a message and mail it from the server.

If you look up your scripting format plus "form mail" on Google (i.e., "PHP form mail") you'll get a bunch of free, copy and paste scripts to use.

    Hope this helps...
