    Cool <div> layer overflow question

    This is the script I have:

    <div id="Headlines" style="width: 130; height: 240; overflow: scroll;">

    and I want it to only show the vertical scroll bar upon overflow. Is there a way to do that. Also can the scroll bars remain hidden until there is overflow?

    Thanks

    use overflow: auto instead of overflow: scroll
