CSS: Using % to Fit Page

What I want is a layout like this.

Basically, four-square layout with header and footer.

My problem is with text. In each of the four squares (each is its own <div>) there will be a paragraph of text. I want to make sure that the entire page fits on the viewport. No scrollbars should appear anywhere.

So how do I do this? Do my font sizes need to be %ages? If further details are needed, please just let me know. I usually don't, but right now I'm having trouble thinking outside my own mind.

well if you don't put sizes on divs they should resize to fit the text....Is that what you want?
