    nested <ul> spacing question

    hey. i'm rearranging my site using <ul>'s and <li>'s and i have two spacing questions

    Code:
    here's part of my CSS
    #descriptions ul {
      list-style:none outside url(http://www.enviromark.ca/english/images/bull.gif);/* a relative path would be better -- I had to use an absolute path while playing with it */
      padding:1px 0px 1px 15px;
      margin:5px 0px 2px 0px;
      }
    #descriptions ul ul {
      list-style:none outside url(bull.gif);/* would be good to change this to a new tiny bullet */
      margin:0px;

    and heres part of whats being displayed in <div id="descriptions">
    <span>Multifor</span><hr size=1><ul><li>Circuit board manufacturing<ul><li>prototypes and small quantities.</li><li>Fast delivery.</li><li>Thru-hole to surface mount conversion.</li></ul></li><li>Assembly available.</li><ul>
    how can i get the nested <ul> and its respective <li> objects to be spaced out vertically like the normal <ul> objects.... its like they automatically start double spacing

    nevermind, i figured it out.

    heres something.... the bullets arent being centered vertically and look weird, like they are above the text on the same line. how do i fix that?
