I was wondering if anyone has ever used a jump menu in an iframe?

Basically i have an iframe "main" which calls a page "nav.htm". ON the nav.htm page there is a jump menu. The jump menu has things like, news, contact etc. The problem is that when i select on of these option, they load up on a different page. What i need to happen is that they load into the "main" iframe. But the iframe is on the index.htm page and the nav.htm is in a different folder (identity).

here is the code of the index.htm:

Sorry, here is the code for the index.htm (which has the iframe):

<iframe width=341 height=171 src="identity/ambergem.htm" align="left" frameborder=0 scrolling="no" name="main" id="main">This site requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Please update your browser.</iframe></td>

here is the code of the jump menu: (this is in a seperate folder to the index.htm - it is in a folder called identity)

<SELECT
name=select2 id="select2" target="main" style="BORDER-RIGHT: #ffffff 0px solid; BORDER-TOP: #ffffff 0px solid; PADDING-LEFT: 4px; FONT-SIZE: 10px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 6px; BORDER-LEFT: #ffffff 0px solid; WIDTH: 136px; COLOR: #000000; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ffffff 0px solid; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" onChange="MM_jumpMenu('parent',this,0)">

<option value="rentni.htm">rentni</option>
<option value="roadracing.htm">road racing results</option>
<option value="wentworth.htm">wentworth</option>
</SELECT>
